Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure\Systems Biology - 2018

11-th International Multiconference “Bioinformatics of Genome Regulation and Structure\Systems Biology” — BGRS\SB-2018 will take place 20-25 August 2018 in the Novosibirsk Academgorodok, Russia.

Since 1998, the conferences of BGRS\SB series are held every two years. Academicians and professionals working in interdisciplinary fields of modern bioinformatics, computer system biology and its applications in biology, medicine, pharmacology, bioengineering, biotechnology, genetics and plant and animal breeding gather in Novosibirsk to discuss actual issues and present their scientific results. Multiconference BGRS\SB-2018 will include the following research sections:

“Genomics, transcriptomics and bioinformatics”; Section “Proteomics”; Section “Systems Computational Biology”; Section “Computer Pharmacology”; Section “Bioinformatics and systems biology of plants”; Section “Systems Biology of Aging”; Section “Organization of education process for basic research in the field of bioinformatics, genetics and other natural sciences“; Section “Systems biology and bioinformatics of programmed cell death”.

Satellite symposia:

“Cognitive Sciences, Genomics and Bioinformatics” (CSGB- 2018);

Symposium “Systems biology and biomedicine” (SbioMed-2018);

Symposium “Biodiversity: genomics and evolution”;

Symposium “Mathematical modeling and high-performance computing in bioinformatics, biomedicine and biotechnology” (MM-HPC-BBB-2018);

Symposium “Animal Genetics”;

Russian-Chinese workshop on integrative bioinformatics and computer systems biology in Novosibirsk.

The abstracts that the panel of experts from the sections and symposia will be recommended for full-text paper publication in special journal issues (WoS/Scopus indexed). The sections and symposia will be held in the new building of the Novosibirsk State University.

After BGRS\SB-2018 the traditional Young Scientists School «Systems biology and Bioinformatics»-2018 (SBB’2018) will start. Participants are welcome to unique pre-conference tour to the Altai Mountains.
